jounin can use a number of fifteen jutsu, ten for chunnin, and five for genin.

well im gonna ahave a level up feature in the future as soon as i get it figured out, and that allows more stats and enabless more jutsu use, and make a post in the point bank so i can give your points to distribute.

intelligence:
defense:
chakra:

stamina:

copy and paste this into your post and dont put anything under stamina, i wil give that to you
