Keisei is about five feet tall, and very small, weighing around 110 lbs. Though short and slim she is muscular, which is always hidden. She has large deep, dark brown eyes with a heart-shaped face, which compliments well. Her hair, is quite unusual but natural. She has it in layers, three to be exact. The shortest, and top, layer is a turquoise blue, followed by the middle layer of a violet color, with the longest layer, the bottom, being blonde. Her bangs, that are blue and violet, flip over her left eye. Her lips are naturally a light pink, and compliment to her face shape well.
In addition to what she looks like, as seen above, there are a few changes that are different. She has a tattoo of a peace sign on the inside of her left wrist, a pair of doves on her right shoulder, and a butterfly on the inside of her right wrist, that of which her brothers do not know of.
Personality: She is a very social soul, who doesn’t know when to shut her mouth sometimes. She can have a bit of an attitude with a competitive nature, but a sweet girl all around. She is very talkative, and a cheerful soul. She can get along with anyone, but when she is serious, she has her game face on. Nothing can get her out of focus of her goal, thus she has a very competitive nature to her. This also comes with growing up with two older brothers.
She is pretty laid back normally. Though otherwise, she likes to fight. More along, she likes to spar and heighten her skills, for she has never killed and has no intention unless absolutely necessary. She doesn’t particularly dislike anyone, but there are those that do get under her skin. She’s sweet to all but those who catch her on the wrong day. She has no problem bringing down someone who is clearly ignorant with what they are doing, or what they are talking about. She likes to argue about things, like a debate, for she is pretty smart for her age and position in society. Though with all this confidence in herself, she is still a bit shy around her brothers, for she seeks their approval from them since they are much older, and wiser, than she is in the real world.

Clan History: The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with his power and will. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.

Description: Chidori allows the user to cut through any foe. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, it becomes enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user uses their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.
(Side Note: Though, due to the fact that she is Gennin and has not fully developed at all, this is not very useable and is not mastered, at all. Now, can only use once a day.)

Background Information
Baby Days:
Keisei May Uchiha is the daughter of Karei Uchiha, and a man named Dainin. Karei already had two children, two sons named Masurao and Nero Uchiha. Karei immediately fell in love with her new born baby daughter the moment she was out into her arms. Dainin also fell in love with her large brown eyes, and her smiling face. That was what was odd about her, she was not crying. She was smiling and laughing, looking up at her mother and pulling on the long black hair her mother had.
As she was getting to around a year old, the family began to notice her learning ability was slightly greater than that of many other children one year of age. Her memory was greater as well, even at that age. She still remembers things that went on at that age today. She also noticed how her older brothers and her father argued all the time, saying she was nothing like them. This had always confused her, and did not find out until later what this meant.
At the age of two was when everything went downhill. She was running through the house, looking for her mother, when she saw her mother lying on the ground in a small ball, her knees to her chest. She ran to her mother, screaming at her to get up. Even at two years old, she knew something was wrong. She began calling for her father, but stopped after one call. She knew better than to call her father, for he was furious at her bothers for something she had no knowledge of. She began calling for Nero and Masurao, but her father answered her call for them. Once he saw his wife’s body lying on the ground, he froze with fear until his two step-sons entered the room. Masurao took care of business, even with all the yelling that Dainin was doing to stop him. He took her to the medical corps anyway, where she later passed away.
A few days after the death of her mother, Dainin tried to take Keisei away from her bothers and move away by saying it would be better for her not to live such a life without a mother. Masurao strongly disagreed with this statement, and told him that he would take care of his sister. Eventually, things began to get violent, and Dainin’s nose was broken in the process. He moved away, afraid of what else Masurao was capable of doing. This left Keisei in the care of her brothers.

Academy Life & Graduation
At the age of seven, Keisei was enrolled into the academy. She could have gone in much earlier, but her brothers were training her, mainly Nero when he had time to train with her and every once in a while Masurao would give her a few pointers.
While at the academy, she was constantly harassed by kids in the class. Everyone knew she was an Uchiha, even though she looked nothing like them, and knew of her brothers’ success in the ninja world. Some of the kids teased her because of her tri-colored hair, which she liked. She often kept this to herself, never letting it affect her. Until one member of the Hyuuga family, a girl by the name of Kimi picked a fight with her on her way out of the academy. Usually, Keisei would have walked away, but she then began insulting her brothers. This raised the rage within her as she dropped her bag and jumped on the young Hyuuga who was not expecting her to jump on her. It only took a time span of ten minutes for the fight to end, with Keisei was the victor. After gathering her books, she ran home as fast as possible so she did not get in trouble.
On the day of graduation when she was 8-years-old, both Nero and Masurao were there to watch her. This immediately made her nervous, not wanting to let them down. Shaking, she took on the test and passed with ease. She was following in their footsteps by being the first in class. She was extremely proud, especially since both of her brothers took time out of their busy schedules to watch her graduate. This made her happy, even happier than finally receiving her headband and becoming a Gennin.

Gennin
This is where her life is now. Her eldest brother is teaching her the Chidori, which she has not perfected yet and that she can only use once a day, and she is developing her Sharingan Eye, which neither Masurao nor Nero will show her about because they are fearful of what will become of her when she finds out. She also has a secret that she has hidden from the two. When both were away on missions, she had gotten three tattoos, one on each of the insides of her forearms and one on her shoulder.


RP Sample:
There is a slice through the air and a deep thud as a kunai knife hit the middle of a target dummy. Keisei yanked the weapon from the target and jumped back a few meters before starting to form a single handsign before cupping her hand to her mouth, inhaling, and blowing out a huge flame towards the same dummy that she attacked with the kunai. After the flame burned out, she side jumped to the left while throwing three more kunai at the dummy, two hitting two different targets, and one hitting nothing but the dirt behind the dummy. She growled and scalded herself for screwing up. This was unacceptable. She reached back and put her tri-colored hair into a ponytail, her bangs blocking her left eye from sight. She then took a breath and closed her eyes, focusing herself. When she opened her eyes again, her eyes were flickering from deep brown to blood red for a moment before they snapped back to brown. She let out a scream as she dropped to her knees, feeling defeated. How come she couldn’t use her Sharingan yet? It was infuriating to her! How come her brothers could use it but she couldn’t? She sighed, getting back up and picking up her kunai. She had to train more, to get better. Maybe then she could compare to her brothers. She hoped one days he could stand in the greatness as they do.
